The Current Market
The news media has been broadcasting dire reports
on the Nationwide real estate market and much of this is not applicable to the
Colorado Springs market. Our area has not experienced the double digit
appreciation (that pushed prices out of site) that so many markets have in the
recent years. Many areas of our market continue to appreciate but we do have a
limited number of homes for sale at bargain prices as well as some foreclosures.

It can be very frustrating getting
information on homes. Traditionally, real
estate agents have maintained control of
that information, giving only enough
information to wet your appetite and then
making you call them for the really
important information (such as the price).
All you really want when you’re trying to
purchase a home is the basic information
without being bothered. I will be treating
you differently than traditional agents
treat their clients. I believe that you are
entitled to whatever information you would
like, whenever you would like it, without
unwanted hassling.
