Market
The news media has been broadcasting
dire reports on the Nationwide real estate market and much of this
is not applicable to the Colorado Springs market. Our area has not
experienced the double digit appreciation (that pushed prices out of
site) that so many markets have in the recent years. Many areas of
our market continue to appreciate but we do have a limited number of
homes for sale at bargain prices as well as some foreclosures.
